Land export tool exports both a non-heightmapped and heightmapped variant of the zone files.
The PACS rbank tool expects both, since it uses the tangents of the non-heightmapped zone to decide on walkable areas, and the heightmapped zone for the height. Effectively this makes the heightmap purely decorative, and not affecting collisions in any case.
Zone welder fixes issues in zones, but may cause the two variants to change, so a zone elevation tool is provided to rebuild the heightmapped variant of the zone from the welded zone.
Prim export generates the tree igs, based on the elevated welded zones. This does not further require elevation.
IG elevation tool processes ligo land ig and static land ig into elevated land ligo and elevated land static build directories.
IG add tool merges ligo, static, and prim igs together.
